Hi All:
This is my first attempt at writing and publishing a blog. I have managed retirement homes and nursing homes for over 12 years now. I enjoy working with the elderly because they have such a wealth of experience and knowledge to share and such rich and vibrant stories, that we can all learn and grow from.
Each day I go to work, I look forward to interacting with the residents, pouring coffee and tea, awaiting for an opportunity to learn something new or chat just about any subject of interest. Over the years I have been blessed and enriched by numerous such experiences which I wish to share with others, who are like minded.
If there is interest out there about learning from the experiences of the elderly, then I shall continue writing and publishing such stories. Let me know.
